All rotors/turntables wear at the point where pulverized waste passes through the space between rotor/turntable and sizing ring. When the "sizing" opening becomes enlarged, large particles of waste can pass through and clog the drain line.
Other food waste disposers have a verticle opening between sizing ring and the rotor/turntable. When these parts become worn from abrasive slurry, both parts have to be replaced.
Master's rotor/turntable can be adjusted in minutes to compensate for wear, maintaining a constant sizing opening for waste to pass through without replacing the rotor/turntable, sizing ring or other parts. This feature alone adds considerable life to your disposer and saves hundreds of dollars in new replacement parts and labor. Available on all B & C Series Models.
Available on all B & C SeriesRemovable discharge flange makes installation and connection of disposer to drain line much easier. Simply thread flange on to drain line piping and bolt back to disposer. Fiber Gasket keeps disposer from leaking at connection point.
Allows for external de-jamming of disposer without the need for special tools.By turning the extended shaft with a wrench on the bottom of the motor, disposers can be easily dejammed from the exterior, without having to use specialty tools or the need to put hands into the disposer.
B & C Series Disposers have a 3/4" shaft extension.
D Series Disposers have a 1/2" shaft extension.
8-1/4" Waste Chamber opening on standing units. Available on B & C series.A unique hopper configuration allows faster feeding of the disposer. This design provides a large 8-1/4" throat opening through which large particles can easily pass.
We do offer a Restictor Guard for Sink adapters and Bowl cones as one of our Correctional Facility Options, to prevent objects not meant to be grinded from entering disposer chamber.
Rugged and Structurally formedThe turntable, which does most of the pulverizing, has impact bars structurally formed into the unit. There are no moving parts or bolts on the turntable to break or become loose. Wear items are made of hardened ductile iron.
