Service Protocol

Products manufactured and sold by Master Disposers (the "Manufacturer") are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship* for a period of one year following the date of initial installation or eighteen months from the date of shipment from factory**, whichever expires first.

*Misuse, abuse, neglect, water damage, damage by accident, act of God,and any other matters unrelated to defects in material and workmanship WILL NOT be covered by manufacterer's warranty.

**Notice of a claim under this Warranty must be received by the Manufacturer before the expiration of such period in order for Warranty coverage of PARTS AND LABOR to apply.

 

Procedure for Service on Equipment currently under Warranty

  1. Contact Manufacturer with Model number, Serial number and a description of problem.
         Manufacturer will assess the problem and if possible help customer with situation over the phone.

  2. Either Customer or end-user must call Service Agency and schedule a time for service work.

  3. Before service is dispatched to site, authorization and authorization number must be aquired by service agency from manufacturer.    

  4. Service Company will assess the situation and contact Master Disposers from site.
